Please note that while we try to accommodate returns, refunds, and cancellations, there are some restrictions due to our business and legal obligations. What Can I Return and When?
You can return a product if:
(a) It’s faulty or damaged (like a broken attar bottle or a non-working electric Bakhoor burner).
(b) It’s different from what you ordered.
(c) It looks different from what you saw online.
(d) It’s not the right size.
Note: If you have a problem with your delivery (like if the product is missing, damaged, or the package is empty), you must provide an unboxing video. This video is needed for our customer care team to handle your complaint. Without the video, we cannot process your complaint.
What Products Cannot Be Returned?
You cannot return:
(a) Items that have been used, worn, washed, or are dirty.
(b) Branded items once the seal is broken.
(c) Caps ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned.
(d) Products bought on sale or with discounts.
Conditions for Returning Products
(a) Return the products in the same condition as when you received them, including any bills, tags, and labels.
(b) The products should be clean and in their original form.
(c) The brand packaging must be intact.
(d) If you want a replacement, it will depend on whether the product is available on our website at that time.
Refund Eligibility
To request a refund, please contact us on WhatsApp at +919833572342. Your message should include your name, a picture of the product, your order ID, and a detailed description of the issue. You need to do this within 3 days of receiving the product. isputes registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at the Rifaty team then you must send the product back to us within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
(a) You can’t cancel your order after 12 hours.
(b) If you want to cancel an order and it hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it if you let us know.
